Mel en Stel, LLC is based in Brooklyn, NY and manufactures all of its products in NYC. Our aim is for our customers to be satisfied and return. We are here to help you buy a garment that you will love to wear, over and over again. Every inquiry will be responded to on a personal basis, and in a timely manner.
RETURN POLICY
We DO NOT accept returns; if garment does not fit properly you may exchange it for a different size within the same style, if available. Please consult our garment and/or body measurement chart for sizes. You can always contact us before purchase with any questions regarding fit, fabric, size.
In the event item is not in stock we will offer an exchange for another style of your choice, within the same price point. No money will be returned. All exchanges must be notified within 10 days through store@melenstel.com
Only items that have not been worn or damaged are eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a garment if not on par with our standards. All items for exchange must have an Exchange Authorization number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All payments are made through PayPal, this is the safest and easiest way of purchasing. For customers who want to pay with money order, please contact us at store@melenstel.com
SHIPPING & HANDLING
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees, these fees are non refundable. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assesment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Mel en Stel cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
In the event MEL EN STEL shipped an incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs, including duties and taxes, for the original order, as well as outbound shipping cost associated with a replacement order.
SHIPPING POLICY
We charge a flat fee of $12 for all domestic ground residential shipping through UPS or FEDEX. For rush or international orders please contact store@melenstel.com Processing time is 3-4 business days in most cases. Customers will be notified with a tracking number as soon as order has been shipped.
